Assignment 4 is Online Learning Resources which the resources should contain content on form 4 or form 5, pictures, link and hyperlinks to documents and videos for related concepts, examples, activities, exercises, simulation, animation, etc. For this assignment, we, in a group, have create a blog contains the topics of electrochemistry.

Career Plan

Everyone in this world have their own life journey. It depends on ourselves to shape and fill it. There are lots of challenging and sad moments and also a wonderful experience before we reach here, where we are now. Sometimes we get what we want but sometimes we don't. These experiences and lesson have taught us to be more matured and made us realize flaws in ourselves that need to be improved. But, its all about the past and present....How about the future?

Now, I'm still studying because I've dreamed to be and educator and, InsyaAllah, this is my last semester here. I'm doing my dissertation which the research focuses on 21st Century Skills, and a little bit surprised because there's a lot of skills that students / peoples nowadays need to have to meet the career needs in the future. If we managed to get those skills, we will have a bright future.

I have planned to be an excellent teachers in the future, so I have to provide myself with variety of skills to produce students who are excel in academic and have good and positive attitudes. And also, at the same time, I've build a dream to pursue my study to the next level of education, to help shaping a better me. I know, the way to success in life is not easy. The success of others have inspired me to continue the way of life, no matter what difficulties and obstacles that need to be faced. That might be interesting and wonderful if I can inspired other people to be with me and join me in the future milestone.

I hope that I can contribute as much as I can to the community with the knowledge and experiences that I have, InsyaAllah. May Allah bless everything I've done in the past, present and future.

Reflections

There are two types of reflection that is reflection-in-action and reflection-on-action. Both reflection give different meaning. Reflection-in-action is concerned with practicing critically, on the other hand, reflection-on-action occurs after the activity has taken place. It helps us to learn. Reflection is about our consciousness looking at something and thinking about our experience, actions, feelings and responses on that something and then interprete / analyze it to learn from it.

In this blog, we have to give reflection-on-action for the activities that occurs during classes within 10 weeks. Here is the link for the reflection from Week 1 until Week 10.

Teaching Philosophy

A teaching philosophy is a self-reflective statement of our beliefs about teaching and learning. A teaching philosophy sets the benchmark of measuring the appropriateness of one's instructional methods, the scope of one's activities in and out of the classroom, the assessment of student learning, and the effectiveness of one's teaching.

In teaching, more flexible system are needed to cater range of learners to develop skills for the future and enhance knowledge in every different field. This will be achieved through teaching methodologies suited for the delivery of information and knowledge. The following teaching method need to be used to enhance learning among students:
face to face lectures
groups discussion
tutorial
presentation in class
practical/hands-on work
case study approach
video presentation
problem solving approach
student-centered to facilitate interaction between students and lecturers in creating creative, effective and conducive learning environment.

Pendidikan di Malaysia adalah suatu usaha berterusan ke arah lebih memperkembangkan lagi potensi individu secara menyeluruh dan bersepadu untuk melahirkan insan yang seimbang dan harmonis dari segi intelek, rohani, emosi dan jasmani berdasarkan kepercayaan dan kepatuhan kepada Tuhan.
